A recurring event on the French Riviera since 1990 that started at the famous Studio Circus in Cannes. First big techno party in France, more than 5000 people gathered for a "big mass" at the Palestre on July 18th, 1992, so LIMELIGHT became one of the pioneer evenings of the electro movement and proudly remains after 31 years one of the last labels of the early 90's still active in the world.
There is not denying that LIMELIGHT is a kind of unifiying principle, it’s a ceremony which manage the mix of different kind of people. Those parties are deliberatery rare & unique, often standing by during the world famous Cannes International Film Festival, they can be compared to the most craziest parties all over the world.
In reinforcement of the sound, the universe of LIMELIGHT takes us sometimes in the mysticism of the cathedrals, or still in full demonstration for peace... Subversive and denunciating, this evening is carried and supported by impassioned electro music which confers a powerful artistic light to it.
